At AntiFungus, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Due to the nature of personal hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. Please contact our support team.
